This ozone concentration analyzer adopts a dual-path ultraviolet light source system, and is equipped with an ultraviolet LED light source management system. According to the reference light data when zeroing in ozone-free gas, the internal PID automatically adjusts the brightness of the ultraviolet LED light source, so that the zero point is stable within a certain numerical range, and the ultraviolet LED lamp can reach the measurement state within 1 minute after starting up. The separated gas chamber and light pool design structure is adopted. The gas chamber has the characteristics of no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to large flow ozone gas impact, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low cost of use. It is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas production concentration in various industrial environments, measuring the outlet concentration of the ozone generator, and calculating the dosage output of the ozone generator. It can also be used for analysis and detection of ozone gas concentration in pipelines and containers.
